Beautiful Solid Oak Windowsills – Handmade to Your Measurements
Turn your window into a beautiful feature with a bespoke solid oak windowsill, handmade in our Northumberland workshop from character-grade, kiln-dried Italian oak.
Chosen for its rich grain and natural charm, character-grade oak features beautiful knots, flowing grain patterns and variations in tone. These details give every windowsill its own personality, bringing the warmth of real wood into your home.
The oak is kiln-dried before we carefully shape, sand and finish each piece. Smooth faces and gently softened edges let the timber’s character take centre stage, creating a timeless look that feels equally at home in a cosy country cottage or a contemporary interior.

Real oak. Individual character. Handmade in Northumberland.
These windowsills are made from solid oak throughout. Natural knots, small character cracks and differences in grain and colour are part of the timber’s appeal, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike.
Please check your measurements carefully before ordering, allowing for your preferred front overhang and any projecting ends. If your window needs a shaped sill or cut-outs around the reveal, contact us to discuss the details.
