Every single item we sell is made by hand in our UK workshop. No machines churning out identical pieces. No shortcuts.
When you order from us, here's what happens:
We select your timber carefully. Our craftsmen examine each piece of wood, looking for the right grain pattern and strength. We work with solid oak, reclaimed barn wood, and other premium British timbers.
We cut and shape by hand. Using traditional woodworking techniques passed down through generations, we create each beam and shelf to your exact measurements. Whether you need a 4-foot floating shelf or an 8-foot oak mantel beam, we craft it specifically for your space.
We finish with care. Every piece gets multiple coats of protective finish. We sand between coats and inspect for any imperfections. Your shelf or beam will arrive ready to install and enjoy for decades.
We test for strength. Before shipping, we load-test every shelf to ensure it can handle real-world use. Our floating shelves can hold up to 50kg when properly installed.
